Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gul Dukat (ranked 2107 p4p, 3392 weight class) and William Antonio (ranked 288 p4p, 420 weight class). Dukat comes to the cage accompanied by Guillotine (Swordz) . William Antonio is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gul Dukat!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, William Antonio!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dukat circles away from the clinch attempt
and Dukat counters with a shoot takedown. Antonio fights it but they end up in guard.
Antonio can't keep his opponent in guard - Dukat advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Dukat stalling.
Dukat missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Antonio really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dukat. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Dukat keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Antonio won't allow Dukat to pass to mount.
Dukat is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Antonio has managed to free his arm - good work.

Dukat is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Dukat extends the arm and Antonio is forced to tap!

Gul Dukat was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
