The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.


The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Fagan is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Cosades is staying active.

Cosades is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Fagan has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Cosades has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Fagan taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Cosades doesn't care though - he's delighted!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 5:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Caius Cosades!
