Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bobby Fox!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Dean Styles and Jorge Garcia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson with a lazy takedown attempt
enabling Fox to counter with a crisp jab.
Fox misses with the combination.
It looked like Jackson wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Jackson shoots in looking for a takedown but Fox manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Jackson's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Randy Jackson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Fox looks to land a combination but Jackson avoids it well.
Jackson closes the distance but Fox moves to the side
and Fox counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Jackson gets in close and instigates a clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fox is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Jackson is defending well for now.

Jackson has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Fox uses from the top position.

Jackson is looking for a triangle here but Fox uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

Fox wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jackson keeps working.

Fox decides to stand back up. Fox steps back and let's Jackson get back to his feet.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Jackson darts in and clinches Fox up against the cage.
Jackson has Fox pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Fox manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Fox is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Fox stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Fox manages to pull guard.
Fox looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Jackson wants to get up but he can't break Fox's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Fox holds on and takes a little breather.

Jackson trying to control but Fox is working from the bottom.

Jackson stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Fox looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
A decent looking cross lands there for Fox.
Fox moves out of range as Jackson throws a body kick.
Jackson closes this distance looking for a takedown but Fox circles away.
Fox throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jackson's waist but Jackson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Fox off to one side.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Fox shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jackson sprawls well. Jackson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Fox gets slowly back to his feet.
A little feinted left hand from Jackson on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Fox misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Fox doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Jackson counters with a stiff right hand.
Fox looks winded!
No luck for Fox with that takedown attempt.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Jackson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Fox.
Fox shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jackson as he jumps to the side.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Bobby Fox will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Jackson throws a series of punches but Fox moves out of range.
Fox swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Jackson throws a lazy head kick
and Fox cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Jackson is rocked!
Fox lands with a big right hook that stumbles Jackson - he's out on his feet here! Fox follows up with another monster hook that separates Jackson from consciousness! Jackson falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Fox stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Bobby Fox!
