Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Rushe moves into range and connects with a jab.

and Griggs counters with a crisp one two that drops Rushe! Griggs thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Rushe to his feet! Rushe is in big trouble!

Rushe cracks Griggs with a good jab.
Rushe tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Griggs went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Rushe rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

and Griggs counters with a crisp one two that drops Rushe! Griggs thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Rushe to his feet! Rushe is in big trouble!
Rushe is still on wobbly legs! Can Griggs finish him?

Rushe throws a lazy body kick
and Griggs counters with a huge left! Rushe is in big trouble! He's backing up but Griggs isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Rushe from any more damage. A dominating finish by Griggs!
