Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony Huge (ranked 3143 p4p, 3429 weight class) and Urwifs Othrguy (ranked 332 p4p, 358 weight class). Urwifs Othrguy told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tony Huge!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Urwifs Othrguy!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Ryoma Takatsuka and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Othrguy keeps the fight on the outside.
We've been told by Huge's head coaches at HAHAHAHAAHAA PHILANTHROPIC GYM that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Othrguy misses with a double jab.
Huge takes one to the chin there.
Huge closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Othrguy did well to prevent Huge getting side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Huge content to control rather than advance.
Huge seems to be working for a kimura but Othrguy defends the submission attempt.
Huge not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Othrguy wants to get back to full guard.
Huge throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Huge prevents Othrguy from improving his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Othrguy is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Huge is staying active.
Huge is working for a submission of some sort.
Othrguy is trying to maintain the position but Huge is very close to passing his half guard.
Huge is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Huge trying to pass the guard but Othrguy defending well.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Othrguy is looking to control Huge's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Othrguy avoid being mounted?
Huge not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Othrguy is trying to control but can't.

Huge stalling.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Othrguy takes a kick to the side of the head.
It looks like Urwifs Othrguy has been cut.

Huge shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Othrguy defends it nicely.
Huge moves in looking to clinch but Othrguy pushes him off.
Huge bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Huge wants to lay and pray for a moment but Othrguy keeps working.
Othrguy felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Huge with the ground and pound but Othrguy regains half guard under the barage of strikes.
Othrguy works his way to full guard. Good work.
Othrguy trying to control the position.
Huge is fighting to break Othrguy's control of his arms but Othrguy is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Huge working some strikes from top position.
Huge trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Huge won't allow Othrguy to get back to his feet.
Huge postures up.
Huge not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Huge is looking to work some ground and pound but Othrguy has wrist control.
Othrguy keeping moving, preventing Huge from controlling successfully.
Othrguy wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Huge is now in half guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Othrguy is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on Urwifs Othrguy's cut.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Othrguy pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Huge went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Huge dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Othrguy. That did some damage!
Huge doesn't manage to clinch there - Othrguy circles away.
Othrguy moves out of range of the leg kick from Huge.
Othrguy keeps the fight on the outside.
Huge tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Othrguy manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Othrguy is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Huge's corner calls for a 1-2. Huge obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
That has opened up Urwifs Othrguy's cut even more.
Huge works Othrguy's body with a nice hook.
Othrguy shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Huge as he jumps to the side.

Huge throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Othrguy's waist but Othrguy gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Huge off to one side.
Huge looks to land a combination but Othrguy avoids it well.
Huge sets himself, and Othrguy steps forward looking for the clinch! Huge avoids it this time.

Othrguy blocks a head kick by Huge.
Othrguy throws out a counter right but Huge avoids it with no problem.
Huge is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Othrguy can do to turn this around?
Othrguy scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Huge has managed to clinch.
Huge pulls guard effortlessly.
Huge trying to control the position.
Huge keeping full guard, as Othrguy tries to pass.
Huge working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Othrguy.
Othrguy postures up in Huge's guard and throws a big left but Huge blocks it.
Othrguy is looking to pass into half guard but Huge pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Huge is in guard.
Othrguy avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Othrguy wants to hit a sweep here but Huge passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Othrguy there!
A nice elbow there by Huge.

Huge lands a big shot there that rocks Othrguy but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Urwifs Othrguy's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Urwifs Othrguy's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:37 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Tony Huge!
Tony Huge decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
In defeat, Urwifs Othrguy stepped up to the mic, saying 'I decided before this fight win or lose to announce I'll be retiring. I've got two more fights on contract when I've fulfilled my contact it's over for me. Thanks to everyone.'.
