The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sparxx throws a solid leg kick but Stepanov takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Sparxx.
Stepanov shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Sparxx pinned against the cage. Sparxx gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
