This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the middleweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Amsterdam, with a TWGC record of 15 wins and 10 losses; Judas Priest! And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 26 wins and 20 losses; Mike Schultz! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Daniel Franklin and Cecil Peabody.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Priest closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Score +4 for clean takedown past guard: Priest (4) vs (0) Schultz Schultz is trying to get back to half guard. Schultz wants to control but Priest postures up. Priest tries to move to mount but Schultz blocks the move with his legs. Priest trying to control the position but Schultz is working away. Schultz is looking to regain half guard here but Priest keeps moving and retains side control. Priest working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
