Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Marcos Assuncao (ranked 4311 p4p, 5053 weight class) and Guy Sanders (ranked 466 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanders throws a head kick but Assuncao moves out of range.
Sanders will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

That kick from Sanders tenderised Assuncao's leg. Assuncao is trying to keep his angry face on.

Sanders throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Assuncao stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Sanders has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Assuncao can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Guy Sanders comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Sanders has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
