The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kruger wants to slow Bangcock down by chopping away at his legs.
Bangcock gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Kruger to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Kruger trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Kruger throws a big right hand that misses.
Bangcock wants to stand but Kruger is controlling the position.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Kruger's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Kruger won't allow Bangcock to get back to his feet.
Bangcock keeping moving, preventing Kruger from controlling successfully.
Bangcock wants to stand and escape but Kruger is having none of it.
Bangcock pushes Kruger off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Bangcock pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Bangcock checks a leg kick.
Kruger with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bangcock avoids the head kick by Kruger.
Kruger lands a big head kick that sends Bangcock to the canvas! Kruger follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
