Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Hakeem Sterling!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Dean Styles and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Almeida shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Almeida showed some decent athleticism there.
Sterling is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Almeida pulls his head out easily.
Sterling looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Sterling looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Almeida will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Almeida wants to control but Sterling is keeping him busy.

Almeida maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Sterling could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Almeida has cracked it and Sterling is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Almeida!
