The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Megalos avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Megalos avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Diego throws a hook to the side of Megalos's head but Megalos sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Diego throws the left hand but Megalos avoids the punch easily.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Diego crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Megalos - the referee stops the clock and Diego gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Megalos. Diego manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Megalos's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Diego connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Megalos scrambles back to his feet.

Megalos tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Diego paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Diego has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Megalos finds it's way round the side to connect with Diego's head.
