Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bismack Kagonbo (ranked 288 p4p, 138 weight class) and Ross Kemp (ranked 48 p4p, 22 weight class). Kagonbo kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Voodoo. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Kagonbo will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

The fight stays on the outside here - Kemp looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Kemp tries to clinch up but Kagonbo circles away and keeps his distance.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kemp stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Kemp tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Kagonbo stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Kemp.

Kagonbo throws a shot from downtown. Kemp moves away and avoids it.
Kagonbo takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Kagonbo throws a hook but Kemp blocks it.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Kemp throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kagonbo stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
