Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 36 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kusal Perera!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perera attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Perera thows a left - swing and a miss!
Perera misses the jab.
A quick step to the side and Gotti tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Gotti misses with an uppercut. Perera saw that one coming.
Gotti throws a right hand that misses
and Perera counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Perera closes the distance and lands a one-two.
It looks like Dominic Gotti has been cut.
A thudding body kick lands there by Gotti !
Perera steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Gotti .

Gotti lands with a cross.
Gotti cracks Perera with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Perera looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Gotti finish him?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gotti fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Perera manages to avoid it.
Gotti misses with a left hand
and Perera counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Perera on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gotti throws a right hand that misses
and Perera counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
A jab from Perera misses.
Perera takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Gotti misses with a wild body shot.
Gotti misses with a low kick.
Perera throws a looping overhand right but Gotti ducks down to avoid it.
Gotti throws a lazy head kick
and Perera counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Gotti 's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Gotti throws a head kick that misses.
Gotti lands a glancing blow to the side of Perera's head.
Perera connects with a body shot.
Perera throws a right and a left that both miss.
An attempted straight right counter from Gotti misses the target.
Perera throws an overhand right that lands on Gotti 's shoulder, as Gotti tries to avoid the shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Perera misses with a wild body shot.
Dominic Gotti seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Perera staying out of range there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gotti lands with an uppercut that bounces Perera off the cage and back into range.
Gotti throws a poor cross that misses
and Perera counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Perera with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Perera scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Nice jab there from Perera.
Perera fakes the body blow, causing Gotti to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Gotti goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
