Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, William Bonin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Coiote Magrin!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Chris Dean and Damien Edna.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Magrin has closed the distance and engaged Bonin in a clinch.

Bonin pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Bonin scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Some wild striking there from Bonin.

Magrin rushes Bonin and presses him up against the cage.
Magrin blocks an uppercut.
Bonin struggles to land a body shot inside as Magrin controls his hands.

Magrin ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Magrin no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Bonin got a little sloppy there for a moment and Magrin has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bonin has managed to get both his arms back between Magrin's legs - danger averted.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Magrin is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Bonin frees his head nicely. Oh but Magrin has switched to an armbar! Bonin is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
