Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Scott Columbus (ranked 15429 p4p, 6470 weight class) and Zawisza Czarny (ranked 582 p4p, 544 weight class). Columbus comes to the ring accompanied by Blood Of The Kings. Czarny has chosen Children of the revolution as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 39 - 34 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Scott Columbus! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Zawisza Czarny! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Shimada and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Czarny swinging wildly here.
Czarny throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Columbus on the side of the head. Columbus looks to land a combination but Czarny avoids it well. Columbus throws a low kick but Czarny avoids it. Columbus chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Czarny can pounce on him.
Czarny tries to move into range but Columbus moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Czarny with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Columbus uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Czarny. Czarny closes the distance looking to clinch and Columbus counters with an inside leg kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Columbus buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Czarny lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Columbus circles away quickly and effectively. Columbus looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Czarny avoids a punch combination nicely.
Czarny throws a hook but Columbus blocks it. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Columbus looks to land a body kick but Czarny moved away. Czarny misses with a few strikes there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Columbus lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Columbus throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A telegraphed right hand from Czarny misses the target. Czarny bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Czarny throws a jab when Columbus was well out of range. Czarny connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Columbus momentarily.
Czarny throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Columbus sees it coming and avoids it easily. Nice uppercut there from Columbus. Czarny closes the distance and clinches. Columbus swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Columbus stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Columbus breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Columbus throws a leg kick and Czarny counters with a nice uppercut. Columbus misses with a low kick as Czarny jumps back. Czarny has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight. Czarny moves out of range of the leg kick from Columbus. Czarny throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Columbus scores with a hook. Czarny doesn't manage to clinch there - Columbus circles away.
Columbus was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Czarny tries to clinch but Columbus is having none of it. Columbus scores with a nice strike. Czarny tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Columbus manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Columbus looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger. Czarny swinging wildly here.
Columbus misses with a double jab
and Czarny counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Columbus closes the distance and scores with a big combo that sends Czarny crashing to the mat! Czarny uses the ropes to get back to his feet and beat the count. The referee looks concerned but he's going to allow it to continue!
Czarny is rocked!
It looks like Zawisza Czarny has been cut. Columbus throws a body shot but no joy. Columbus misses with a wild body shot. A leg kick checked by Czarny. It seemed like Czarny was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Czarny tries to clinch but Columbus is having none of it. Columbus lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Czarny circles away quickly and effectively. Columbus has managed to clinch.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Columbus lands a hook that snaps the head of Czarny backwards. A nice right hand lands inside from Columbus. Columbus's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Scott Columbus dominated that round. The cut man is working on Zawisza Czarny's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Czarny moves into the clinch successfully.
Columbus has Czarny pressed against the ropes, preventing Czarny from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Czarny is trying to push Columbus away but Columbus has him pressed against the ropes, so he's going nowhere. With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Columbus creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Columbus swings wildly with an uppercut but Czarny uses good head movement to avoid it. Czarny wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Columbus has him pressed against the ropes. Columbus lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Czarny blocks an uppercut.
Columbus breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Czarny avoids the body shot from Columbus.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Czarny tries to land a front kick but Columbus steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Czarny walks into a left hand. Columbus is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Czarny can do to turn this around? Columbus has closed the distance and engaged Czarny in a clinch.
Columbus pushes Czarny back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head. Columbus misses with a punch to the body.
Columbus swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Scott Columbus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Czarny fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Columbus manages to avoid it. Columbus closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Czarny will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Good shot there by Czarny. A solid leg kick lands there for Columbus.
Czarny's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Columbus connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Czarny scrambles back to his feet. Czarny checks a leg kick. Columbus moves into the clinch. Columbus breaks the clinch.
Czarny's corner calls for a 1-2. Czarny obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Czarny thows a leg kick but Columbus checks it and Columbus counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Czarny is still on wobbly legs! Can Columbus finish him? Czarny rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Columbus counters with a big left hand that crumples Czarny! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!
