Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arvid Tarkelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ring Bravo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Ring Bravo enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bravo is looking to land body kicks.

Tarkelson clinches up with Bravo and pushes him back against the cage.
Tarkelson wants to get back to striking at distance but Bravo won't allow it.

Bravo prevents the takedown attempt.
Tarkelson is looking to break free of the clinch but Bravo has double underhooks.
Bravo tries to break the clinch but Tarkelson is controlling the position.

Tarkelson drops down looking for an ankle pick but Bravo pulls his leg out and moves away.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bravo feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Tarkelson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Tarkelson clinches up with Bravo and pushes him back against the cage.

Bravo jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Tarkelson walks away with a smile on his face. Bravo gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Tarkelson is looking to clinch but Bravo is avoiding it.

Tarkelson gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Bravo counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Bravo is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Tarkelson wants to sweep here but Bravo controlling him for the moment.
Tarkelson is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bravo is controlling him.
Tarkelson is breathing heavily.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Bravo shoots in for a double leg but Tarkelson sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Tarkelson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Bravo takes a kick to the side of the head.

and Tarkelson counters with a good, hard body kick but Bravo shrugs it off.

Bravo fails to land the takedown.
Tarkelson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Bravo circles away from the clinch attempt.
Some wild striking there from Tarkelson.
Tarkelson doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Bravo counters with a shoot takedown. Tarkelson fights it but they end up in guard.
Tarkelson wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Tarkelson wants to stand and escape but Bravo is having none of it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tarkelson looks for the body kick but Bravo saw that one coming.

Tarkelson closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bravo circles away.
Tarkelson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bravo moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Bravo looking for a triangle here. Tarkelson is fighting it but it looks tight! Bravo pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Tarkelson is tapping out - this one is all over!
