Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Right Meow!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cheng shoots in for a takedown but Meow shows good takedown defense.
Cheng tries to clinch but Meow is having none of it.
Meow slaps away a takedown attempt from Cheng, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Meow shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Meow slows the pace down in half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Meow connects with a nice short shot to Cheng's temple.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Meow seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
