The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bari lands a nice looking kick to the body. Bar takes a step back to recover.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Bar has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Nice takedown defense from Bari. No joy for Bar on that attempt.
Bari throws a counter high kick but Bar was just alert enough to avoid it.
Bar shoots in for a takedown but Bari shows good takedown defense.

Bari has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bar.
Bari swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Hadr Bari has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wilhelm Bar.
Bar throws a low kick but Bari avoids it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bar takes a jab right on the kisser.
Bar gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Bari gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

A very excited looking Hadr Bari rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
