Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Malik Ali (ranked 2069 p4p, 1243 weight class) and Miguel Cotto (ranked 83 p4p, 42 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ali misses with a head kick.
A swing and a miss from Cotto.
Ali wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Ali ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Ali throws a sloppy head kick and Cotto moves out of range easily.
Cotto takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

It looks like Miguel Cotto has been cut.
Cotto looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Ali pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ali throws a head kick but Cotto moves out of range.
Cotto tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Ali on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Cotto, as that shot connected.
Cotto looks to throw the jab but Ali is out of range.
Ali throws the left hand but Cotto avoids the punch easily.
Cotto feints a counter leg kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ali shoots in but Cotto avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Ali backing away here, and Cotto unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Ali is breathing heavily.

Cotto lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Ali shoots in but no luck this time.
Good leg kick by Cotto.
Cotto misses with a leg kick.
Ali fails with the takedown
and Cotto counters with a stiff right hand.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Malik Ali . That's going to take a lot out of him.

Ali throws a lazy head kick
and Cotto makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Nice body kick there by Cotto.
Cotto fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Ali on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Ali takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Cotto scoring well with a low kick there.
Cotto throws a front kick that sends Ali stumbling back into the cage.

Ali is rocked!
Cotto has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Ali tries a head kick but it misses.
Oh Ali is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ali bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Cotto comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Ali falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Ali was out before he hit the floor!
