Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Igor Slavoski (ranked 24115 p4p, 2005 weight class) and Chris Leopoldo (ranked 211 p4p, 90 weight class). Slavoski comes into the arena with Kanye West Staring blaring out of the sound system. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Igor Slavoski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chris Leopoldo!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slavoski bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Leopoldo's head.
It looks like Chris Leopoldo has been cut.
Slavoski throws an off balance right hand
and Leopoldo counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Slavoski throws out a loose jab but Leopoldo uses good head movement to avoid it.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Leopoldo! But no joy.
Leopoldo connects with a looping right hand.
Leopoldo looks to land a right hand but Slavoski moved out of range.
Slavoski waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Leopoldo.
It seemed like Leopoldo was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Leopoldo lands with a straight right. Slavoski didn't see that one coming.
Leopoldo fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
It looks like Igor Slavoski has been cut.
Slavoski lands with a right hand.
Leopoldo drops Slavoski with a beautiful combination! Slavoski stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Leopoldo is looking for the KO!
Slavoski is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Slavoski leaves his chin hanging out and Leopoldo seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Slavoski crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Chris Leopoldo!
In his post fight interview, Chris Leopoldo started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
