And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Percy O'Donnell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shahbazyan has taken the fight to the clinch.
Shahbazyan is looking for a takedown.
Ellis wants a takedown.
Shahbazyan creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Ellis's defenses.
It looks like Quinton Ellis has been cut.
Shahbazyan is leaning against Ellis and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Ellis turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Ellis manages to end up in side control.
Ellis has an Americana. Shahbazyan didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Ellis is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Ellis hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Quinton Ellis decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
