Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Piotr Rasputin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Desi Kraag!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Franklyn Lucas and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rasputin is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Kraag's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Rasputin uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kraag.

Kraag pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Rasputin has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

As Kraag tries to get set, Rasputin tries to push him back and clinch up but Kraag manages to avoid the attempt.
Rasputin takes the fight into the clinch.
Kraag tries to pull guard but Rasputin forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Kraag blocks an elbow strike.
Rasputin landing some nice looking knees to the body.
With the fighters up against the cage, Rasputin throws an elbow but misses.
Kraag is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Kraag is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Rasputin to keep the fight standing.
Piotr Rasputin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Desi Kraag.
Kraag avoids a wild elbow strike from Rasputin.
Rasputin's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Rasputin lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Kraag breaks the clinch.

Rasputin doesn't manage to clinch there - Kraag circles away.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Desi Kraag is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Kraag ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Rasputin on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Rasputin is breathing heavily.
Rasputin tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Kraag manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Kraag lands a right hook to the body.
Rasputin tries to close the distance and clinch but Kraag swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Rasputin takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Kraag lands a slapping body shot.

A left lands for Kraag.
Kraag punishes Rasputin's body with a nice straight punch.
Kraag cracks Rasputin with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Kraag has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Rasputin to stand back up!
Rasputin is rocked!
Kraag finds Rasputin's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Rasputin flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Kraag lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Rasputin will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Desi Kraag!
Our winner, Desi Kraag, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
