Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shako Hachi (ranked 22651 p4p, 3188 weight class) and Earl Lee Grace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hachi comes to the cage accompanied by Everybody’s Gotta Live, Everybody’s Gonna Die. Shako Hachi has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Shako Hachi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 15 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Earl Lee Grace! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Sam Margolis and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! An inside leg kick lands from Grace. Hachi looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Grace makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! Hachi doesn't succeed with the takedown and Grace connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Grace defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hachi. Grace now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Shako Hachi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hachi shoots in and drives through. Grace sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shako Hachi. That's going to take a lot out of him. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hachi tries for a takedown but Grace circles away easily and Grace counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Hachi shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Hachi showed some decent athleticism there. Grace has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Hachi is on him like a limpet, forcing Grace back against the cage. Hachi gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Hachi throws a big elbow that misses. Grace pushes a forearm under Hachi's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Hachi is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Earl Lee Grace! After winning the bout, Earl Lee Grace thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
