Athram comes to the cage accompanied by Same Disease. McWrestler comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Tenacious D - Dude kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Athram slaps away a takedown attempt from McWrestler, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Athram is looking for a counter combo.
McWrestler darts in looking for a takedown but Athram gets double underhooks and turns McWrestler into the cage.
A little feinted left hand from Athram on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

McWrestler bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
McWrestler lands a decent elbow from side control.
McWrestler grinds an elbow into Athram's temple.
McWrestler tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.

Athram tries to control the position but he's not in luck - McWrestler easily slips into full mount!

McWrestler throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

A very excited looking Dude McWrestler rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
