Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mikel Arteta (ranked 2087 p4p, 1678 weight class) and Seiryu Machida (ranked 272 p4p, 219 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Arteta might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Stranglehold/ Ted Nugent. Mikel Arteta has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Hirohito Nitta and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arteta blocks a jab.

Machida tries a quick counter leg kick but Arteta is wise to it.
Machida looks to land a right hand but Arteta moved out of range.
Machida throws a front kick that sends Arteta stumbling back into the cage.
Machida is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Arteta.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Machida avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Arteta.

Arteta throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Machida tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Arteta is in Machida's guard.

I would just about give that final round to Seiryu Machida.
