The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Trevor Gratis and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seagal with a lazy takedown attempt
and Burgundy connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Steven Seagal has been cut.
Seagal moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
It looks like Ron Burgundy has been cut.
Seagal falls off balance throwing a combination
and Burgundy counters with a crisp right hand that drops Seagal! Burgundy lets Seagal back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Burgundy throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

and Burgundy counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Post fight, an emotional Ron Burgundy said 'In my last fight i said i would retire but i cant go out on a loss. When i was offered the fight against Mike Smith i had to take it. Nice to go out with a devestating KO. Sorry Mike but i knew i would KO you silly. Speedy recovery!'.
The defeated Steven Seagal had this to say: 'Damn son! What a fight that was.'.
