The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fujimoto scores with a jab to the body.
Fujimoto has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Fujimoto throws an overhand right that lands on Chamba's shoulder, as Chamba tries to avoid the shot.
Fujimoto lands a big head kick that sends Chamba tumbling to the mat! Fujimoto takes a step backwards and waves Chamba back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Chamba is rocked!
It looks like Gilberto Chamba has been cut.
Fujimoto is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Chamba flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Chamba is out cold! Fujimoto holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
