Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Naoko Marui (ranked 2169 p4p, 2803 weight class) and Mike Fox (ranked 222 p4p, 277 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mike Fox!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Robert Twigg and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marui throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Fox.

and Marui counters with a huge left! Fox is in big trouble! He's backing up but Marui isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Fox from any more damage. A dominating finish by Marui!

A very excited looking Naoko Marui rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
