Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Guy Leblond (ranked 2861 p4p, 2853 weight class) and Yoel Lindegaard (ranked 281 p4p, 280 weight class). Lindegaard comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Ghost - Square Hammer kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yoel Lindegaard!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Marco Blurström and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lindegaard dips to his left and cracks Leblond with an uppercut!
Lindegaard fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Leblond checks it well.
Lindegaard cracks Leblond with a right hand to the side of the head.
Leblond dodges the punch combination from Lindegaard.
Leblond swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Leblond moves out of range as Lindegaard strikes.
Lindegaard throws a hook to the side of Leblond's head but Leblond sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Leblond swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Leblond lands a really nice looking cross but Lindegaard seems unphased.
It looks like Yoel Lindegaard has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Leblond fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Lindegaard to the ground. Leblond is now in Lindegaard's guard.
Leblond postures up in Lindegaard's guard and throws a big left but Lindegaard blocks it.
Leblond is looking to pass into half guard but Lindegaard pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Lindegaard is in guard.

Leblond on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Leblond tries to get out of the position.
Leblond has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lindegaard can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Leblond is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Lindegaard stands up and waves to Leblond to follow him.

Lindegaard ducks straight into an uppercut from Leblond and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Lindegaard manages to regain guard straight away.

Leblond is looking for a kimura but Lindegaard is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Leblond to get the leverage.

Leblond is keen to just control but Lindegaard is a slippery customer.

Leblond looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Leblond has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Lindegaard defend it? Leblond steps over the head and cranks it - Lindegaard is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Leblond!
