Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ramone Rocksaw!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sohrab Bahmanzade!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rocksaw moves away from the strike by Bahmanzade.

Rocksaw seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Rocksaw throws a hook to the side of Bahmanzade's head but Bahmanzade sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Bahmanzade's coach down at Khabiri Training Center was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Bahmanzade's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Rocksaw throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Rocksaw throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rocksaw is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Rocksaw's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Bahmanzade connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Rocksaw scrambles back to his feet.

Bahmanzade shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Sohrab Bahmanzade seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Rocksaw tries to bum rush Bahmanzade with a series of wild strikes but Bahmanzade uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Rocksaw lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
