Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Van Der Veer Jr (ranked 4038 p4p, 5367 weight class) and Jayson Jefferson (ranked 465 p4p, 552 weight class). Jayson Jefferson told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

We've been hearing reports that Der Veer Jr has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
