Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Damian Tonon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Issac Vernon!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Percy O'Donnell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vernon feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Tonons jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Tonon shoots in but no luck this time.
Vernon swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Tonon fails with a takedown attempt.
Tonon is looking to clinch but Vernon is avoiding it.
Tonon misses with a kick to the body.
Tonon dives in for a single leg takedown but Vernon sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Damian Tonon. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Tonon is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Vernon to keep the fight standing.
Vernon looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vernon lands a body punch in the clinch.
Vernon looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Vernon.
Tonon is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Tonon avoiding damage.

Tonon is trying to stall.
Vernon stalls.
Tonon successfully pulls guard.
Tonon utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Vernon got a little sloppy there for a moment and Tonon has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Vernon has managed to get both his arms back between Tonon's legs - danger averted.
Tonon looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Vernon is defending well. Tonon quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Vernon has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Tonon celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
