Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 31 - 41 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Culver Crimson!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crimson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ringnes swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Ringnes circles away from the clinch attempt.
Arild Ringnes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ringnes lands a leg kick that knocks Crimson off balance momentarily.
Ringnes looks to land a right hand but Crimson moved out of range.
Crimson wants to counter with a clinch but Ringnes pushes him away.
Crimson walks into a straight right hand from Ringnes .
Ringnes throws out a loose jab but Crimson uses good head movement to avoid it.

Crimson has closed the distance and engaged Ringnes in a clinch.
Crimson is looking to control Ringnes 's arms but Ringnes gets an underhook and turns him. Now Crimson has his back to the cage.

I was talking to Ringnes 's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Ringnes pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Ringnes throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Crimson let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Ringnes is looking to slow Crimson down with leg kicks.
Ringnes swings widly with a right hand
and Crimson counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Crimson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Crimson ducks under a wild hook from Ringnes .
Crimson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ringnes paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Ringnes connects with the punch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ringnes checks a leg kick.

Ringnes scores with a hook to the body. Crimson takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Ringnes does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Ringnes lands a nice leg kick that just misses Crimson's sensitive parts.
Crimson is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Ringnes throws a good cross that connects.

It looks like Culver Crimson has been cut.
Ringnes swats away the attempt to clinch by Crimson.
Crimson tries to clinch up but Ringnes circles away and keeps his distance.
Ringnes connects with a looping right hand.
Crimson tries to close the distance and clinch but Ringnes swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Ringnes throws a body punch but Crimson moves out of range.
Crimson jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Crimson doesn't manage to clinch there - Ringnes circles away.

A low kick lands for Ringnes .
Ringnes scores with a hook.
Crimson takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The crowd cheers as Ringnes lands an impressive looking overhand right. Crimson doesn't seem phased though.
Ringnes drops his hands momentarily and Crimson takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Ringnes feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Crimson sprawling to the canvas! Crimson rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Ringnes finish him?!

Crimson is rocked!
Ringnes turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Crimson is still on wobbly legs! Can Ringnes finish him?
Crimson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ringnes paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Ringnes knocks out Crimson with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Ringnes before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Ringnes picks up the big W with a huge KO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Arild Ringnes !
An out of breath and clearly excited Arild Ringnes thanked HELLS BALLS RECOVERY for their help and support (and free stuff they sent him).
