Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Robert Leahy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ciccio Lo Zizio!
The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Micheangelo Fripello and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leahy throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Lo Zizio was covering up waiting for the punch and Leahy finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Lo Zizio tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Lo Zizio throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Leahy passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Lo Zizio can't do much from the bottom here.
Leahy tries to move into full mount but can't pass Lo Zizio's legs.
Lo Zizio felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Lo Zizio is looking for a sweep.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Leahy goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Lo Zizio has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Leahy but great work by Lo Zizio.
Leahy tries to improve position but can't.

Lo Zizio seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Leahy has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Lo Zizio. Oh but Leahy has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Lo Zizio goes limp - he's gone! Leahy jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
