Silver throws a right hand that misses
and Diaz counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Silver is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Silver is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Silver wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Diaz manages to pass to side control.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Silver can do anything to dispel that myth.
Silver is kicking away at Diaz from the bottom - trying to push off and stand up. Diaz grabs hold of a leg and drops back for a heel hook! The two fighters roll across the mat, with Silver trying to push Diaz off... Silver taps! He's tapped! This one is all over! A throwback to the old Pancrase there with an infrequently seen submission hold! Nice work.
