Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hawk Houdini (ranked 4445 p4p, 4424 weight class) and Kingsley Kingdom (ranked 159 p4p, 449 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kingdom pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kingdom moves into the clinch.
Kingdom pulls Houdini into guard.
Houdini content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kingdom can do anything to dispel that myth.
Houdini distracts Kingdom with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Houdini keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Kingdom's head.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Houdini accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Houdini is working Kingdom over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Houdini is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Kingdom can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
