Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ziggy King (ranked 4435 p4p, 4529 weight class) and Jayden Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jayden Williams!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Bruno Lombardi and Lou da Vinci.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams closes this distance looking for a takedown but King circles away.

Williams takes the fight into the clinch.
Williams is looking to take this one to the mat.
King tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Williams just stands there and leans against the cage.
King is working for takedown but Williams is calmly controlling the position for now.
Williams tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
King wants to stall.

As King backs off Williams throws a huge counter combo but King manages to avoid it all.

Williams shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says King as he avoids it easily.

Williams moves into range and clinches up with King.
Williams gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from King.
King jumps guard but Williams turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

King gets caught napping as Williams dives in and scores a takedown. King manages to retain guard.
Williams is pushing down on King's leg trying to pass to half guard. King is fighting to maintain full guard but Williams has managed to sneak the leg through.

King is looking to control Williams's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can King avoid being mounted?

King is trying to maintain the position but Williams is very close to passing his half guard.

Williams fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Williams tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

King changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Williams tries to avoid it but King manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Williams to the ground. Williams escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Jayden Williams showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Williams wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by King, who protects the arm well.

Williams is trying to get an arm triangle but King is defending well.

King knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Williams on the ground.
King is looking to reverse the position.
Williams has control of an arm but King manages to advance to Williams's back!
Williams turns into King and is now in his guard.

King is working an open guard so Williams takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
King tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Williams fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but King avoids it really well and circles away.
Williams has a takedown stuffed.
King moves out of range of the body kick.
King lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
King defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Williams.
Williams takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
King tries to land a front kick but Williams steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Williams tries a quick counter leg kick but King is wise to it.
King shoots in and drives through. Williams sprawls well.

King shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Williams eats them both and turns towards King to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
King shoots in but Williams avoids the takedown attempt easily.
King pulls out of a head kick attempt.

and King counters with a right hand to the body.
Williams throws a right and a left that both miss.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
King is looking to clinch.

Williams displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from King.

Jayden Williams comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Williams has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
