Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rodney Alcala (ranked 586 p4p, 885 weight class) and Arthur Morgan (ranked 88 p4p, 135 weight class). Alcala's entrance music is Leonard Cohen - Everybody Knows. A fine choice. Morgan comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Battle Cry kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morgan looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
A head kick misses from Alcala.
It seemed like Morgan was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Morgan scores with a shot to the body.
Alcala has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Morgan's jab looks to have found its range, popping Alcala under the eye.
Morgan throws a right and a left that Alcala avoids nicely.
Morgan scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Morgan moves out of range of the strikes.
Morgan now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Alcala uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Morgan.
Morgan sizes up Alcala with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Morgan swings for the body but Alcala moves out of range.
Alcala is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Morgan.
Morgan misses with a body kick.
Morgan throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Alcala misses with a hook.
Morgan circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Alcala drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Morgan follows Alcala to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
