The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knox ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Francis moves away.
Knox tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Francis takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Francis's coach down at The Heart of the BloodBath was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Francis's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Yardbird Knox really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Voodoo Nutrition logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
