Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Leo Vuce (ranked 2800 p4p, 21505 weight class) and Thor Fresh (ranked 277 p4p, 471 weight class). Vuce comes to the cage accompanied by MC Yankoo. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Leo Vuce!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Thor Fresh!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Hirohito Nitta and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vuce changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Fresh looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Fresh manages to work his way to half guard, despite Vuce's best efforts.
Vuce has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Fresh is trying to stand back up but Vuce is controlling him
Fresh holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
Vuce prevents Fresh from improving his position.
Fresh told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fresh is trying to stand up here but Vuce is controlling him well.

Vuce is looking for a kimura but Fresh is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Vuce to get the leverage.

Vuce avoids the attempt from Fresh to control.

Fresh sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Fresh is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Vuce is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Vuce drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Vuce jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Vuce drops back looking for a leg! Fresh is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Fresh manages to kick Vuce off! Vuce jumps back into Fresh's guard.
Fresh pulls Vuce in close to his closed guard and prevents Vuce from doing any damage or advancing position.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Fresh darts in and clinches Vuce up against the cage.
Fresh blocks an elbow strike from Vuce.
Fresh tries a knee to the head but Vuce blocks it.
Vuce fails to pull guard.
Vuce pulls Fresh into guard.

Fresh is looking to advance position but Vuce has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Fresh tries to buck Vuce off but he can't manage it.
Vuce goes for an armbar but Fresh turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Fresh.
Vuce really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Vuce keeping moving, preventing Fresh from controlling successfully.
Fresh throws an elbow that misses. Vuce uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Fresh's guard. Nice move by Vuce!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Leo Vuce dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Vuce moves into the clinch successfully.
Fresh has clasped his hands together around Vuce's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Fresh swings around for an armbar but Vuce sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Fresh's guard.
Fresh is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Vuce got a little sloppy there for a moment and Fresh has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Vuce has managed to get both his arms back between Fresh's legs - danger averted.
Fresh has his foot on Vuce's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Vuce works his way back into a safe position though.
Fresh working a defensive guard but Vuce manages to pass into side control anyway.
Vuce wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Fresh, who protects the arm well.
Fresh is trying to work for a sweep but Vuce has mounted him!

Fresh is looking for a sweep. Vuce is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Vuce is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Vuce seems to be working for a kimura but Fresh defends the submission attempt.
Fresh manages to get to full guard.
Fresh has his foot on Vuce's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Vuce works his way back into a safe position though.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Vuce is thwarting Fresh's attempts to control the position.
Fresh moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Fresh is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Leo Vuce will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Fresh closes the distance and clinches.
Fresh wants the takedown. Vuce is fighting it off but Fresh persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Vuce's guard against the cage.
Leo Vuce overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Fresh pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Vuce is keeping the position for now.
Fresh not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Fresh is looking to stand up but Vuce won't let him.

Vuce working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Fresh doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Fresh manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Vuce misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Fresh has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Vuce defend it? Fresh steps over the head and cranks it - Vuce is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Fresh!
