Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Isak Isaksson (ranked 3593 p4p, 6109 weight class) and Pete Walker (ranked 441 p4p, 587 weight class). Isak Isaksson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Isak Isaksson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Pete Walker! The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Ron Honeybunn and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Walker stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Isaksson. Walker paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Walker takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
It looks like Pete Walker has been cut. Walker fails with an attempt to clinch.
Walker stalks Isaksson and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Isaksson's face. Isaksson staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Isak Isaksson has been cut. Isaksson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Isaksson misses with a hook. Walker tries to clinch but Isaksson is having none of it. Walker tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Isaksson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. A looping hook to the body misses from Isaksson. Walker does a little dance to reset his feet. Walker scores with a three punch combo!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Isaksson just misses with a punch to the body.
Walker closes the distance and pushes Isaksson back into the cage. Walker looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Walker is trying to break the clinch but Isaksson is controlling him. Isaksson jumps guard but Walker turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Isaksson tries to circle away but Walker has him pinned against the cage. Isaksson tries to pull guard but Walker forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Walker wants to get back to striking at distance but Isaksson won't allow it.
Walker tries to break free but Isaksson pushes him back against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Walker wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Isaksson has him pressed against the cage. Isaksson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Walker lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Isaksson fails with a takedown attempt from distance. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Isak Isaksson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Walker closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Isaksson! Walker dives in looking to finish! Isaksson is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pete Walker!
