Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Satou Toguchi (ranked 4334 p4p, 4337 weight class) and Snake Avildsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Satou Toguchi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Snake Avildsen! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Wagner Zegers and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Avildsen is looking to chop away at Toguchi's legs. Toguchi misses with a two punch combination.
Avildsen closes the distance and clinches. Toguchi tries to score a body lock takedown but Avildsen shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Avildsen misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Toguchi.
Toguchi wants a takedown.
Avildsen fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Avildsen darts in and clinches Toguchi up against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Avildsen breaks the clinch.
Avildsen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Toguchi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Avildsen moves away. Toguchi scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Toguchi landing a few strikes.

Avildsen regains half guard there - taking advantage of Toguchi's attempt to lay and pray for a moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Toguchi is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Avildsen sees it coming and defends easily. Toguchi trying to control from half guard but Avildsen is working away. Avildsen trying to control but Toguchi postures up.
Toguchi tries to pass the half guard into mount. Avildsen knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Toguchi is thwarting Avildsen's attempts to control the position. Avildsen wants to improve his position but Toguchi is controlling well.
Toguchi is keen to just control but Avildsen is a slippery customer. Toguchi seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Avildsen is trying to get back to full guard. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Toguchi lands a nice short elbow.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Avildsen scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Toguchi manages to mount him!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Avildsen wants to hold on but Toguchi pushes him away. Toguchi connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Toguchi cracks Avildsen with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Avildsen is in a horrible position here. Toguchi smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Toguchi lands a couple of good shots and Avildsen has given up his back, trying to escape the position! Avildsen tries to escape but Toguchi has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Toguchi punishes Avildsen with strikes from the back mount. Toguchi is controlling the position but Avildsen somehow manages to roll and ends up with half guard.
Toguchi not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Toguchi content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Toguchi wants to control but Avildsen is keeping him busy. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Toguchi sitting and controlling from the half guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Satou Toguchi dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Toguchi throws a hook to the side of Avildsen's head but Avildsen sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Toguchi will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Avildsen leaves Toguchi with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Toguchi shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Avildsen sprawls well. Avildsen wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Toguchi gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Satou Toguchi. That's going to take a lot out of him. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Toguchi. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Avildsen dives in and grabs Toguchi's left leg, looking for a takedown. Toguchi pushes down on Avildsen's head and hops out. Toguchi tries to clinch up and Avildsen counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Avildsen in particular looking to stall.
That's one minute gone in the round. Toguchi wants to get back to his feet. Satou Toguchi overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Avildsen stands up out of the half guard. Toguchi shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Avildsen throws a head kick but Toguchi moves out of range.
Toguchi misses the jab. Avildsen fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Toguchi sprawls well initially but Avildsen persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Toguchi scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Avildsen manages to mount him!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Toguchi tries to hold on but Avildsen pushes him away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Avildsen is landing with some decent strikes but Toguchi is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Avildsen sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Toguchi tries to hold on but Avildsen postures up. Avildsen controlling from the full mount.

Snake Avildsen showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round! Toguchi leaves Avildsen with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Avildsen takes the fight into the clinch. Avildsen blocks a body shot from Toguchi. Avildsen fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Toguchi stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Toguchi fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Avildsen avoids it really well and circles away. Satou Toguchi is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Avildsen throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A head kick by Toguchi misses and Avildsen counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Avildsen tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Toguchi avoids it. Avildsen breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Avildsen clinches up against the cage. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Avildsen tries to pull guard but Toguchi holds him up against the cage and eventually Avildsen drops back down to his feet.
Satou Toguchi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Snake Avildsen. Toguchi blocks an uppercut.
And that's the end of the fight! Snake Avildsen comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Avildsen has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
