Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Barney Rumble (ranked 3668 p4p, 4081 weight class) and Teddy Bear (ranked 376 p4p, 405 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Rumble might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Queens of the Stone Age - My God is the Sun . This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rumble takes a body punch but keeps moving.
A big left from Rumble misses.
A little jabbing left from Bear on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Bear steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Rumble. That one must have hurt.
Bear checks the leg kick.
Bear now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Bear keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Rumble lands an overhand right.
Rumble connects with a leg kick.
A big right from Bear misses.
Bear just misses with a punch to the body.
Rumble looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Bear lands a left and a right that send Rumble crashing to the mat, dazed. Bear thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Barney Rumble has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rumble looks to throw the jab but Bear is out of range.
Bear appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Rumble scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Bear looks to land a combination but Rumble avoids it well.
Rumble steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Bear.
Rumble throws a chopping leg kick but Bear manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Bear throws out a counter right but Rumble avoids it with no problem.
A shot to the liver by Bear. Beautiful body shot.

Rumble throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Bear on the side of the head.
Bear scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Rumble takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Rumble is breathing heavily.
Bear swinging wildly here.
Rumble swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Barney Rumble is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Bear throws a good cross that connects.
Rumble throws a leg kick but Bear moved away.
Bear misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Rumble counters with a low kick, right behind Bear 's knee.
Bear fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rumble manages to avoid it.
Rumble cracks Bear with a good jab.

Rumble throws a low kick but it's checked well by Bear.
Bear's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Rumble connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Bear scrambles back to his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Rumble throws a looping overhand right but Bear ducks down to avoid it.

and Bear counters with a nice right hand that sends Rumble toppling to the canvas! Rumble scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Bear finish him?!
Bear fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Rumble looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Bear throws a right hand that Rumble ducks under and follows up with a left that Rumble also avoids with ease.
Rumble on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Barney Rumble's cut is getting worse.
Rumble displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bear throws out the jab.
Bear checks a low kick from Rumble.
The fighters circling - Bear throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Bear sends Rumble crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Bear is motioning to the referee to let Rumble up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Rumble is rocked!
Rumble throws a leg kick but Bear sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Oh Rumble is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rumble ducks under a wild hook from Bear.
Bear dances in with a quick combination. Rumble is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Bear snaps Rumble's head back. Rumble stumbles backwards against the cage. Bear steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Rumble's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Rumble just didn't come prepared.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Teddy Bear!
In his post fight interview, Teddy Bear started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
