Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 34 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Guilhaume Prevot!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Prevot clinches.

Prevot pulls Khali into guard.
Prevot looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Prevot wants to sweep here but Khali controlling him for the moment.

Prevot pushes Khali off and scrambles back to his feet.
Khali looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Prevot closes the distance and lands a one-two.

Prevot moves into the clinch successfully.

Prevot manages to pull guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Prevot is pulling down on Khali's head to control his posture.
Khali has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Prevot is proving hard to escape from.

Prevot has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Khali is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Khali gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.

Prevot kicks off Khali and gets to his feet.

Prevot gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Prevot breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Prevot clinches up against the cage.

Prevot escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Prevot closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Prevot scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Prevot is taking a breather. Khali says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Khali is breathing heavily.

Prevot is trying for a kimura here. Khali looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Prevot wins by kimura!
