Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lucky Lévesque (ranked 724 p4p, 906 weight class) and Timo Bader (ranked 87 p4p, 106 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 7 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lucky Lévesque ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Timo Bader! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Gregory Folan and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A jab from Bader misses. Lévesque shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Bader manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Lévesque 's corner is telling him to maintain position. Lévesque slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Lévesque prevents Bader from escaping the position. Bader is looking to get back to his feet here but Lévesque is keeping cool and he's managed to take Bader's back. Lévesque controls the action. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lévesque looking for the choke but no joy. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Even with his hooks in, Lévesque manages to miss with strikes from the back. Lévesque has good solid back control here. Bader really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lévesque . If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Lévesque 's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bader is trying to stand back up. Lévesque is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Bader covering up well and avoiding damage. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Lévesque has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Bader's body.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bader wants to get back to his feet. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Lucky Lévesque dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Lévesque tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bader sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Lévesque somewhat. Bader throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lévesque . Lévesque fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Bader pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Lévesque back to the cage. Bader follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
It looks like Lucky Lévesque has been cut. Lévesque stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Bader. Lévesque displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bader throws out the jab. A punch combination from Bader misses. Bader throws a right and a left that both miss. Lévesque slips a straight right by Bader. Bader connects with a single shot there. Lévesque shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bader sprawls well. Bader wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Lévesque gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lucky Lévesque . That's going to take a lot out of him. This has been an exciting period of action! Lévesque shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Lévesque is figuring out what he wants to do next.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lévesque wants to take a breather but Bader is having none of it. Lévesque keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Lévesque winds up and cracks Bader with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Lévesque trying to control the pace. Lévesque is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Bader defends it well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Lévesque works his way into full mount! Lévesque is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Bader can do to turn this around? Lévesque trying to control but Bader is having none of it. Lévesque controlling his opponent. Bader is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lévesque controlling the pace for now. Further stalling from Lévesque . The referee warns Bader that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

That's four minutes gone in the round. You get the feeling that Bader really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Lévesque looking to control but Bader is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bader can do anything to dispel that myth. Lévesque unloading with bombs! Lévesque raining down hammerfists from mount. Lévesque sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Lévesque won't let Bader get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Lévesque looking to control and managing it successfully. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Lucky Lévesque will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Lucky Lévesque 's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round! Lévesque closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Lévesque shoots in for a takedown but Bader shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Lévesque slips a jab and a cross from Bader.
Lévesque throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bader's waist but Bader gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Lévesque off to one side. Bader throws a quick inside leg kick. Lévesque shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bader as he avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lucky Lévesque . That's going to take a lot out of him. Lévesque uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Bader. Bader lands a nice looking body shot.
Lévesque has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Lévesque there as he acknowledges the shot. Nice cross by Bader. Nice body punch from Bader. Lévesque drives through with a takedown into guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lévesque sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Bader's guard. Lévesque is trying to control the action in half guard but Bader is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Bader has hold of Lévesque 's hands but Lévesque slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Lévesque trying to control the action but Bader is working from the bottom. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lévesque is looking to take a break and control but Bader is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Bader tries to kick Lévesque off but Lévesque keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Lévesque in particular looking to stall. The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. A nice inside leg kick there by Bader. That's going to slow Lévesque down. Lévesque shoots in but no luck this time. Lévesque tries to move into range but Bader moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Lévesque fails with the takedown. Bader fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Lévesque checks it well. Bader swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Lévesque shoots in for a takedown but Bader shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Sloppy strikes from Bader. Those never looked like landing. A nice combination there by Bader.

Oh Lévesque is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Lévesque takes a jab right on the kisser.
Bader stuffs the takedown. Both fighters are breathing heavily. BOOM! Bader lands a beautiful left hook that drops Lévesque . Lévesque tries to recover but Bader is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Lévesque lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
