Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Harald Thor Hafnfjord (ranked 6047 p4p, 4586 weight class) and Fekkus Lasombra (ranked 599 p4p, 518 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Dean Styles and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lasombra cracks Hafnfjord with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Hafnfjord ducks right into an uppercut from Lasombra.
Hafnfjord looks to score with a jab to the body but Lasombra is just out of range.
Sloppy strikes from Hafnfjord. Those never looked like landing.
Hafnfjord throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lasombra lands with a right hand.
Lasombra lands with an uppercut that bounces Hafnfjord off the cage and back into range.
Lasombra steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Hafnfjord.
A jab from Hafnfjord finds it's way through Lasombra's defenses.
Hafnfjord misses with a body shot
letting Lasombra counter with a right hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lasombra connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Hafnfjord is rocked!
Hafnfjord throws a sloppy body shot
and Lasombra counters with a huge left! Hafnfjord is in big trouble! He's backing up but Lasombra isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Hafnfjord from any more damage. A dominating finish by Lasombra!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Fekkus Lasombra!
