Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alphonso Estavilio (ranked 6051 p4p, 6204 weight class) and Teitur Sigurjonsson (ranked 598 p4p, 609 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Estavilio scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Sigurjonsson tries to clinch up.
Sigurjonsson listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Estavilio keeps the fight on the outside.
Sigurjonsson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Estavilio circles away quickly and effectively.
We've been told by Estavilio's head coaches at Cozad MMA Rio that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Sigurjonsson wants to clinch up but Estavilio keeps it at a distance.
Estavilio throws a big counter combination but Sigurjonsson scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Estavilio gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Estavilio has picked Sigurjonsson up - he's going for a ride! Estavilio dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Estavilio looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Sigurjonsson keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Estavilio is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Sigurjonsson is trying to get back to full guard.

Estavilio wants to work for an arm triangle but Sigurjonsson is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Estavilio seems to be working for a kimura but Sigurjonsson defends the submission attempt.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Estavilio thows a huge punch but Sigurjonsson dodges it nicely.
Estavilio is trying to control the action in half guard but Sigurjonsson is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Sigurjonsson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Estavilio. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Estavilio forces his way into half guard.

Estavilio is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Sigurjonsson is just riding it out for now. Estavilio eventually gives up the hold.

Estavilio has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Sigurjonsson is defending well but eventually Estavilio manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Sigurjonsson has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
