Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Austin (ranked 907 p4p, 682 weight class) and Long Hung Dong (ranked 127 p4p, 95 weight class). Austin comes into the arena with Roy Jones. Jr - Can't be Touched blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

With a record of 12 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Long Hung Dong!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dong lands a nice shot that snaps Austin's head back.
It looks like Kyle Austin has been cut.
Dong connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Dong scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Dong moves into the clinch successfully.
Austin looking to throw knees to the head but Dong is blocking nicely.
Dong tries to throw a body punch but Austin avoids it by throwing Dong back against the cage.
Dong throws a head punch that misses.
Dong goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Dong tries to work over Austin's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Dong tries to work over Austin's front leg with a kick but Austin checks it.
It looked like Austin was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Austin takes a swing at Dong's ribcage but misses.
An inside leg kick lands from Dong.
Dong with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Austin throws a hook but Dong blocks it.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Austin looks to land a combination but Dong avoids it well.
Dong scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Austin takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Dong moves away from the strike by Austin.

Dong changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Dong lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Dong lands with a hook. Austin tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Austin uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Austin wants to clinch.
Austin on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Dong. Dong obviously looking to wear him down.

Austin is looking to clinch.
Dong appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Dong scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Dong drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dong lands a nice looking kick to the body. Austin takes a step back to recover.
Austin is looking to clinch but Dong is avoiding it.
Austin takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Austin clinches up with Dong and pushes him back against the cage.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Long Hung Dong dominated that round.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.
Dong lands a nice shot that snaps Austin's head back.
Austin throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Austin walks into a stiff left hand from Dong.
Austin swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Dong counters with a nice uppercut.
A punch combination from Austin misses.
That kick from Dong tenderised Austin's leg. Austin is trying to keep his angry face on.
Dong jabs Austin right on the nose. Austin blinks but takes it well.
Austin is rocked!
Dong connects with a leg kick.
A solid leg kick lands there for Dong.
Austin misses with a double jab.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Dong! But no joy.

Dong misses the jab.
It looked like Austin wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
A combination from Dong does no damage.
Dong feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Austin sprawling to the canvas! Austin rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Dong finish him?!
Oh Austin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kyle Austin's cut is getting worse.
Dong moves into the clinch.
Dong throws a big uppercut that drops Austin! More strikes from Dong and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Austin lies dazed against the cage as Dong celebrates with his cornermen!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Long Hung Dong!
An out of breath Long Hung Dong thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
