The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adesanya moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
King throws a big shot that misses.
Adesanya fails to land with a series of punches.
Adesanya swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and King counters with a nice uppercut.
King throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Adesanya's head.
Adesanya is looking to clinch but King is avoiding it.

King connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Adesanya momentarily.
Adesanya moves out of range as King throws a body kick.

King stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close second round but I would say that Carlton Adesanya will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Adesanya closes the distance and scores with a big combo that sends King crashing to the mat! King uses the ropes to get back to his feet and beat the count. The referee looks concerned but he's going to allow it to continue!

Adesanya comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

I would just about give that final round to James King.
Well King has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
