The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diesel lands with an uppercut that bounces Fezzik off the cage and back into range.

Diesel misses with a hook.
Diesel tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Fezzik was well out of range. Poor timing from Diesel.

Diesel displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Fezzik throws out the jab.

Fezzik fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Diesel, pushing him back against the cage.
Diesel misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Diesel throws a punch but it's blocked by Fezzik.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fezzik fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Diesel lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Fezzik backwards.
Diesel can't find room to land a body shot as Fezzik controls the action.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Diesel.
Diesel tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Diesel swings wildly with an uppercut but Fezzik uses good head movement to avoid it.

Fezzik throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Diesel blocks it with crossed arms.

Diesel is rocked!
Fezzik cracks Diesel with a big uppercut, right up the middle and Diesel goes down! Oh, he's hurt! He's bigtime hurt! The referee is giving him a chance to get back to his feet - 4,5,6,7, no, he's called it off! Diesel wasn't going to make it and the fight is over!
